All games, source code, artwork, sound, written guides and page content on this site are original works created for Sword Arcade and remain its property.
Nothing here is licensed for redistribution. You may not copy a game and host it elsewhere, reproduce a guide in full, or use the site's artwork or brand marks without written permission.
Quoting a short passage from a guide with attribution and a link is fine and does not require permission.
Availability
The site is provided as it is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. It is a static site with no server-side component, which makes it unusually reliable, but hosting and network outages remain possible.
Games may be changed, retuned or removed. Because personal bests are stored in your browser and tied to a game's identifier, a game that is substantially retuned may make an existing best score less comparable. We avoid that where possible and note it on the game page where it happens.
