Contact Sword Arcade

Bug reports, guide corrections, accessibility problems and game suggestions are all welcome. The form below checks what you have written and then opens it in your own email application.

What to get in touch about

Bug reports are the most useful thing you can send. If a game misbehaves, telling us which game, which browser and what you were doing is usually enough to reproduce it.

Guide corrections are equally welcome. The guides quote a lot of specific numbers, and if one of them is wrong we want to know.

Accessibility problems are treated as bugs rather than as feature requests. If something on this site is unusable for you, that is a defect.

What we cannot help with

We cannot recover lost scores. They are stored in your own browser and there is no copy anywhere else - which is also why there is nothing about you for us to look up.

We cannot add your game to the site. Everything here is built in-house, and we do not host third-party submissions.

We do not sell advertising directly, and messages offering link placement, sponsored posts or guest articles will not receive a reply.

Response times

This is a small site and replies are not guaranteed. Bug reports and accessibility issues are prioritised over everything else, and we read everything even when we do not reply.

How this form works

This site is entirely static and has no server, which means the form cannot send anything by itself. It validates your message and then opens it in your own email client, pre-addressed and pre-filled - you still have to press send there. Connecting a form backend is a documented option in the site's README, and until one is connected we would rather say so than imply a message has been delivered when it has not.

Prefer to write directly? Email hello@swordarcade.xyz.

Frequently asked questions

Does the contact form actually send my message?

Not by itself. The site is static and has no server, so the form validates your message and opens it in your own email application, where you press send. We say so plainly rather than implying delivery.

How do I report a bug in a game?

Use the form with the 'Bug report' subject, and include the game name, your browser and what you were doing. That is usually enough to reproduce it.

Can you restore my lost high scores?

No. They are stored only in your own browser, and there is no copy on any server - which is also why we hold no information about you.

Can I submit a game to the site?

No. Everything on Sword Arcade is built in-house and the site does not host third-party submissions.
